With over 30 years of experience, Sergio Minassi specializes in general accounting in the areas of audits, reviews, compilations, and tax work for small to mid-size companies. Many of his clients operate in manufacturing, distribution, real estate, service, and medical industries. His goal is to help his clients improve their bottom line by tracking their ongoing financial data, and by applying the latest accounting techniques and programs. Prior to starting his own firm in 2018, Sergio was President and managing director of Harik Minassi Coale (formerly known as Zdonek & Wolowicz).

Sergio is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.  He served as president and fundraising chair of the Rotary Club of West Torrance. He currently serves at the treasurer of his club. He also served on the Advisory Board of the College of Business Administration and Public Policy at California State University Dominguez Hills. He is a proud member of Leadership Torrance, Class of 1999, where he participated in community services and fundraising programs for South Bay youth activities. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Torrance / Lomita / Carson Private Industry Council.

Sergio is married and has two sons. His family makes their home in the South Bay, where he enjoys attending soccer, basketball, and hockey games.
